ASSEMBLY OF THE LIVING YAHWEH MINISTRIES
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF OUR MINISTRIES:
Aims and objects for which it is established are:
1. To promote the spiritual advancement of the people through the people of Lord Jesus Christ (Yahshua Missiyah) by emphasisting the need of spiritual regeneration in each individual in order to strengthen spiritual, ethical and, moral values irrespective of Caste, Creed, Community, Colour, Nationality, Religion and Sex.
2. To organize and set up institutes to train Christian worker’s, Leaders, Youth’s Heads in various Church Fellowships related ministries and care of Christian Worker’s Families.
3. To establish and build up an expanding Team of Expository Bible Teachers, Preachers, for the Bible Seminary Colleges, Schools, and Training Centers to Christian Worker’s Families.
4. To conduct Seminars, Workshop, Conferences, Vocational Training Classes, Special Power campaigns and cultural programmes.
5. By fulfilling the great commission of our Lord Jesus (Yahshua Missiyah) through the establishment of Ministry of Church and spiritual Affairs and to support and kinds of Poor Christian workers.
6. To subscribe, give donations and to financially or otherwise aid any other fundamental society or Trust which having similar objects.
7. To make payment of all Taxes, rates and others out goings in respect of the Trust property and income from Trust funds.
8. To let out as rent or lease, the property, here in before dedicated or acquired of the Trust.
9. The Management and control of the Trust Property shall be vested in the Trustees.
10. The decision of the majority of the Trustees relating to the Trust shall be binding and be effectual and shall be carried out.
11. The Trustees shall in no case be liable for any loss to the Trust estate unless the Trustees are guilty of Fraud.
12. To establish media ministry like magazines, RADIO, Audio and T V Ministries and to equip Christian Workers future ministries
13. In case of failure of the Trust for want of its objects or Trust having become impossible of performance the Trustees shall move the court for applying the remaining Trust fund for similar objects.
14. The property of the Trust shall in no case revert to the founder (author) or his decendents or any other person.
15. No part of the Trust Fund either the corpus or the income there from shall be utilized for any purpose other than that of the Religious Charitable Trust Created.
16. To discuss useful knowledge, to undertake agricultural operations on the cultivable lands of the members and to realm and cultivate any lands entrusted to the Society for proper cultivation.
17. To start and implement the welfare activities like diary, poultry, Goat rearing, mat weaving and other income generating schemes for the women folk and to start creches, balwadies, health care projects and orphanages for the children.
18. To promote the welfare of small farmers and other poor persons through Agriculture and allied activities.
19. To maintain rural hospitals, mobile hospitals, health centers, cancer units, Rehabilitation centers for mentally retarded and handicapped poor.
20. To construct buildings for the above mentioned centers and units and to purchase van and ambulances for mobile hospitals etc.
21. To appoint doctors, nurses and hospital staff who should dedicate to work only with the rural man to provide residences with full amenities to the staff who decides and dedicates to work only in rural areas.
22. To diffuse useful knowledge to live in hygienic atmosphere by educating the rural population about AIDS etc.,
23. To adopt most interior villages for their full development in all aspects for eradication of poverty, illiteracy from Primary lever to Higher education etc., which is main objective of the society.
24. To diffuse useful knowledge to introduce and implement modern Methods of Cultivation with modern mechanization. Sinking to Open wells for irrigation, installation of Engines and pump sets, tractors etc. Mechanization such as submersible pumps, sprinkler system tractors harvesters etc.,
25. To disseminate knowledge on cottage industries and encourage the members to adopt them.
26. To diffuse useful knowledge, to purposes, own hire borrow or acquire in any manner implements, machinery cattle, sees, manure and such other things of commodities required for the Agricultural operations.
27. To maintain model farm, cottage industries, poultry, diary, farming, livestock breeding laboratories etc.,
28. To encourage and organize any type of society, union's organization, clubs centers of such other bodies necessary for the welfare of the members.
29. To receive, accept hold administers and use in any manner gift, donations, subscription for foundation in cash of kind or other form of property for the purpose of the Trust.
30. To borrow or rise funds in any manner from any source as required for achieving the objects of the Trust.
31. To accept receive collect or recover and utilize any kind of grant, allowance, concessions, privileges etc.. from central stage governments local authorities. Municipalities, Universities or any public or Private.
32. To take up more & more Environment Development programs.
33. To help people during natural calamities.
34. To take up and implement social & economical activities for the welfare of poor people.
35. Ensuring protection, safety, and well-being of its target population with a special emphasis on children.
36. To celebrate biblical festivals.
37. Prevention of all forms of child abuse such as physical, sexual, emotional and girl child neglect.
Implementing child-centred, child - focused programmes with best interest of the child in mind through child participation.
38. To promote dignity and respect among people.
39. To create sustainable environments through people participation.
40. Knowledge enhancement through research and training to meet unmet needs of the needy.
41. Creation of egalitarian society through equal opportunities and by implementing various socio-economic, education, health, and emotional development programmes.
42. Ensuring safety net (welfare) programmes are effectively implemented with efficient usage of resources such as Men, Money and Material.
43. Assisting people in obtaining timely justice in regard to their problems.
44. Collaborating, communicating and co-ordinating with other like-minded organisation in addressing target population needs.
45. Promoting the modern development concepts such as Public Private Partnership.
46. Enhancing Third sector (NGO / Voluntary) role in the community.
47. Raising people awareness on wide range of modern day issues such as health problems, human trafficking, child labour, atrocities against vulnerable sections, old age people abuse and abandonment, traffic congestions etc.
48. Striving to attain 'helping people to help themselves' goal through enhancement of self-sufficiency and capacity building.
Adhering to basic Social Work principles such as individualization, human dignity, non-judgmental, confidentiality, non-prejudice etc.
